From Bacolod City to Taklong Island National Marine Reserve

1. At Bacolod City, head to the port in Banago.
2. At Banago, ride a ferry heading to Iloilo City at the Guimaras-Iloilo Ferry Terminal.
3. Head to Ortiz Wharf then ride a boat heading to Jordan, Guimaras.
4. From there, ride a jeepney and alight at Alman Sur, Nueva Valencia.
5. Ride another boat to Taklong Islands from Nueva Valencia.

Things to do at Taklong Island National Marine Reserve

1. ISLAND HOPPING
– The island system is composed of 37+ islands Some of these you can access and visit via pump boat!

2. MANGROVE RESERVES
– If you feel like exploring mother nature, give mangrove visiting a try!

3. FLOATING COTTAGE SANDBAR
